  • Electricity supply: electricity supply via transformer station of 110/22KV-(2x25) MVA. Electric power is supplied to the fence of each factory
  • Water supply: pure water supplied by Phuc Yen Waterworks, via treatment system directly to each factory. Total output capacity reaches 40.000m³/day.
  • Wastewater treatment: water from factories intake and transported to the general treatment center with flow of 8.000m³/day. Receiving waste water from the fence of each factory.
  • Telecommunication system: There will be telecommunication network with capacity of 1.000 digits. This network is equipped and managed by EVN Telecom
 

 
Investment Environment
   
  • According to Binh Xuyen IP regulations, in 2010, the price of land leasing is 70-100 USD/m²/49 years, about 1,45 USD/m²/year. Payment mode is quick, and flexible. This price can change according to Binh Xuyen IP regulations.
  • Time for land leasing is 49 years.
  • Annual fee for the infrastructure maintenance and preservation is USD 0,3/m²/year, stabilized until 2013
  • The price for crude land leasing is 0,09 USD/m²/year. This fee is lifted after 7 years since the land transferring day (the price could be annually changed according to the price frame regulation by Vinh Phuc People Committee).
 

 
The Land Leasing Procedure
   

Land leasing procedure in Binh Xuyen Industrial Park is quite simple and convenient through following steps:

  • Enterprises and Investors make a memorandum of land leasing and pay the land leasing fee for the whole leasing period or divided into many times; the Binh Xuyen Industrial Park is responsible for reserving the land in 03 months since the land leasing memorandum is signed.
  • As the enterprises obtain their investment license, the land leasing contract would be signed. Binh Xuyen Industrial Park would transfer the relevant copies, documents, site and plant a landmark. Binh Xuyen Industrial Park will support enterprises to complete their documents and formalities.
 

 
Preferential Policies
   
Enterprises who invest into Binh Xuyen Industrial Park should be entitled to more tax preferences than those operating outside industrial park under Decree No. 36/CP dated 24/04/1997 by the Government; Decision No. 2475/ QD-UB by Vinh Phuc People’s Committee; and enjoying rights and interests under management regulations of Binh Xuyen Industrial Park.
